Our team consists of designers, researchers, strategists and community leaders with lived and learned experience. Together, we lead Social By Design to build bridges between people and solutions.
We run a flat structure where decisions are made collectively with our team. Our people are at the heart of everything we do and that includes how our strategy is shaped. We prioritise care, collaboration and shared ownership in our work and our workplace.
